We want every BasaR Mart order to arrive in good condition.
Eligibility
Contact support promptly for a damaged, incorrect, or defective item. Photos and the order number help us assess the request.
Review
Returns follow the supplier fulfilment process and are reviewed before any resolution is approved.
Referral rewards
Orders that are returned or refunded do not qualify for Share & Earn commission.
